• Do not wring or knead, otherwise the garment may shrink or become felted
• When washing by hand, use cold water, as there is also a risk that the garment may shrink or become matted
• Pilling is a natural effect and a quality feature of pure new wool. Pilling nodules can be easily removed from pure new wool with a “lint razor”.
