Return and Refund Policy

At Gunrange.lv, operated by SIA Spektrs Security, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations governing the sale of firearms, ammunition, and related products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you must contact us in advance at info@gunrange.lv. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Returned items must be sent to the following address:

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receiving your order, you are required to inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gunrange.lv, providing a description of the issue and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Due to the nature of our business and legal regulations, certain items are non-returnable. These include, but are not limited to, ammunition, firearms and regulated weapon-related products, used or activated items, custom or special orders, gift cards, and discounted or sale items. Additionally, certain products may be excluded from returns in accordance with Latvian legislation governing controlled goods.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. However, this right does not apply to goods that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health or safety reasons once opened, or to regulated items such as ammunition and firearms.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@gunrange.lv.
