The grinding belts, which are available in different grits, are just 12 mm wide and can therefore be perfectly adapted to almost any cutting edge shape. The 220 and 6000 grit belts are required to sharpen normal knife blades, while the 80 grit belts are mainly used for coarser cutting edges (axes, etc.).
