The Diabolos Hornet Pistol in 4.50 mm caliber were developed by Haendler & Natermann specifically for the ever-popular CO2-operated pistols with drum magazines. With a maximum length of 5.35 mm, the diabolos fit into any standard magazine. In addition, the weight was reduced to 0.5 grams, which is very convenient for the compressed air weapons that are freely available in Germany and have a muzzle energy of less than 7.5 joules.
