The all-round package. Contains all utensils from preparation to implementation to preservation. In a practical plastic case.
Steel (up to 3% chrome content) and iron can be blued spotlessly with Klever quick blueing. It doesn't matter whether it's damaged bluing on long and handguns, whether a complete weapon bluing or the bluing of small components in trade and industry: Klever quick bluing saves tedious bluing baths, time and money. Even zinc die-cast parts, such as B. with signal pistols, can be edited. Simple treatment: degrease the surface, apply bluing agent, leave to take effect, rinse with water, dry and spray with gun oil.
application
Only apply Ballistol quick bluing to untreated areas or areas that need to be repaired, as it can optically change an existing bluing.
- Clean metal parts or the areas to be blackened with Robla cold degreaser
- Polish the surfaces to be blacked with fine steel wool to remove any surface oxidation
- Clean again with the degreaser - after degreasing, do not touch the metal surface with your finger to avoid new fingerprints
- Apply quick bluing with a bluing applicator – allow the bluing agent to take effect for approx. 3 minutes until a yellowish-white coating forms
- then rinse the parts with cold water and pat the surfaces dry with a soft cloth
- if you want to intensify the coloring, repeat steps 3 to 5 - if very deep coloring is to be achieved, these work steps can also be repeated several times
- Preserve new blueing with Ballistol universal oil or with Gunex gun oil
