Gun cleaning felts specially made for cleaning revolver drums.
Like all Ballistol felt cleaners, the drum cleaners are also made from pure sheep's wool. They are particularly absorbent, but release the barrel cleaner or gun oil evenly when pulled through the revolver cylinder.
The drum cleaners are individually optimized for the .38 and .45 calibers and dimensioned in such a way that after being attached to the felt holder, there is a small plus tolerance to the actual caliber. The drum cleaner felts press themselves ideally against the walls of the drum and take any residue with them.
With the special felt cleaners, fine brass fibers are woven into the wool felt. This gives the drum cleaner felt the additional properties of a wire brush for barrel cleaning. The absorbency and the ability to hold dissolved dirt are retained.
