Ballistol aluminum bluing is easy to use and suitable for surface refinement, re-bluing and restoration of minor damage. The bluing is suitable for smaller complete components as well as for scratches and friction marks on anodized components (e.g. telescopic sight mounts, handguards on semi-automatic rifles).

Application
Degrease the surface beforehand and sand it lightly if necessary. Pour a small amount of the aluminum bluing into a plastic cup or glass (dispose of leftovers properly). The application should take place at room temperature. The intensity of the color depends on the alloy, with repetition increasing the hue to black.
