The Appalachian Ax Sheath is made from the best, thick, natural-colored Russia leather and reliably protects the entire cutting edge and its tips (toe and heel). The piping is provided with 6 strong washer-underlaid rivets. Two close-fitting snap-button latches keep the ax securely in place. The strap, which is also fastened with four strong rivets with washers, accepts belts and straps up to 55 mm wide.
