This classic pocket knife is firmly named Böker tied together.
The extremely stable body made from a single piece of nickel silver is manufactured using a sintering process and then polished. During sintering, the starting materials are mixed, bonded together by heating and brought into the desired shape. The hollow-ground blade made of stainless N690 is forged by Böhler and, with its memorable shape, contributes to the Scout's incomparable appearance. A classic backlock takes care of the locking and keeps the blade securely open.
The mechanism hidden inside the handle consists of a bolt rocker and a spring. When the blade is unfolded, the bolt rocker engages in a recess in the blade and thereby locks it in place. The rear end of the bolt rocker is not completely covered by the handle, but is partially exposed on the back of the handle so that it can be operated. If the exposed rear end of the bolt rocker is now pressed, the hook lifts out of the notch so that the lock is released and the blade can be folded in. The pleasantly shaped handle scales made of warm, certified imported Thuja wood complete the harmonious picture of the classic.
