A combination of the manual setting tools model Prime Guard and APS. With the universal device, primers can be inserted quickly and cleanly into cases of all common calibers from 7.65mm Auto to .45/70 Gov. be set. An extra shell holder for the different calibers is not required, since the universal shell holder from the APS device is used.
